The Automated Material Handling Systems Association was formed in 1986. Today, its members consist of most of the automated intralogistics turnkey solutions providers in the UK supplying the skills, expertise, products and services necessary for a 21st century supply chain service. Amongst our members are a number of specialised manufacturers and niche industry specialists supplying bespoke and innovative products and services. Together our members ensure that customers and end users receive the latest innovative technologies which are supported by our commitment to promoting excellence in the automated material handling industry in terms of solutions, after sales support, reliability and safety.

The Association is a leading authority in furthering the sector through its input into the drafting of European (CEN/FEM) and UK (BS) standards affecting the sector.

Our members continually seek to ensure that we are raising safety standards and that we are improving the environment through innovative technological efficiencies to protect workforces and our natural surroundings.
